About Trio Motion®

What is Trio Motion?

It’s a simple way to move more and feel better every single day. Plus, you can earn rewards by meeting three “FIT” walking goals. Depending on your Trio Motion, the specifics of your FIT goals and rewards might vary. Here's one example:

Frequency 5-minute walk, 4 times a day* 1 point
Intensity 3,000 steps in 30 minutes 1 point
Tenacity at 10,000 total steps
at 8,000 total steps
at 6,000 total steps

2 points
1 point

In this example, members can earn up to 5 points each day.

Why the FIT goals?

Frequency: Sitting for long periods of time (whether at your desk or on the couch) can lead to serious health problems, even if you exercise. To avoid being an "active couch potato," you need to get up and walk around for five minutes every hour or so.

Intensity: Studies show that people who get 30 minutes of moderate activity each day have healthier lives. Plain and simple.

Tenacity: People who go for big challenges get the biggest results, and taking 10,000 steps a day has been shown to be a great way to stretch yourself.
